RAMZI MAAYTAH
FOUNDING PARTNER / LEVANT
Ramzi Maaytah is a seasoned expert with over 20 years of experience in project management and investment strategies. As the Founding Partner of Levant Consulting, he specializes in public-private partnerships (PPP) across sectors like real estate, urban infrastructure, and tourism. Ramzi has held key roles at USAID, advised the Mayor of Amman, and led major consulting projects in Jordan and the region. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Arizona State University.
BASHAR HADADEN
REAL ESTATE & URBAN EXPERT
Mr. Haddaden is a strategically focused urban development consultant with over 13 years of experience in municipal management and real estate. Known for his ability to analyze data and communicate effectively, he has managed multi-million dollar projects as the Special Projects and Investment Director at Greater Amman Municipality. Currently, he advises cities and real estate developers, and delivers training in urban planning and entrepreneurship across the MENA region. He holds an M.Sc. in Urban Planning and a B.Sc. in Architecture.
ODEH HABASH
ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT ASSET MANAGEMENT & INVESTMENT ANALYST
With over 20 years of experience, Odeh is a skilled financial analyst specializing in M&A integration, investment management, and business valuation. Notably, he led the integration of 41 medical clinics worth USD 140 million and significantly boosted revenues for dental clinics in Canada. A dedicated educator, Odeh has trained over 500 individuals and reached more than 80,000 learners through online finance courses. He holds a degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance.
